popbar is dedicated to serving superior, authentic, gelato that is all-natural, hand-crafted, and delicious. We pride ourselves on excellent quality, exceptional service, and building great teams that focus on working together to deliver amazing results. We are currently seeking to hire enthusiastic, experienced individuals to work both FOH and BOH.

Previous food-handling experience of at least six months is strongly recommended, especially within a retail environment. Ideal candidates should be time flexible (an availability of at least 5 days per week) with the ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

popLab (Back of House) Responsibilities:

● creating delicious popbars by following recipes precisely

● keeping a clean and spotless working station

● maintaining constant inventory and ensuring the daily inventory is accurate

● rotating and using FIFO principles with food products

● communicating with other staff to ensure quality and quantity control

Front of House Responsibilities:

● serve guests in a personable, service oriented way

● authentically and genuinely connect with both guests and team members

● engage/interact with guests as you share your knowledge about Gelato on a Stick

● maintain a clean working environment

● inventory management

Qualifications and Skills

● Food Handler's Certificate

● High School Diploma

● 2 years experience in food service and/or food retail environments

● Flexible schedule

● Must be available to work nights and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour
